I’m Remco-Jan, founder of True Property Mallorca, a real estate agency in Mallorca providing professional guidance for the purchase and sale of residential property.

Before moving to Mallorca, I spent many years in senior management within the Dutch National Police, where integrity, responsibility and clear decision-making were essential. This background strongly influences how I work today: structured, transparent and reliable.

I'm a certified real estate agent, having completed the Real Estate Agent programme at FEI Business School.

In 2021 I also founded House Services Mallorca,a property management company supporting homeowners across the island.

At True Property Mallorca, we assist clients who want to buy or sell property in Mallorca. My role is to provide clear information, realistic advice and professional guidance throughout the entire real estate process.

I work with trusted local lawyers, notaries and technical professionals and communicate in plain language, so clients can make well-informed decisions with confidence.
